*reels the thread back in* The BB7's are what I have and am quite happy with. As such, I see no reason to upgrade to hydros even though the Maguras are cool. I just can't see them being worth the price difference. As of yet, I haven't seen any negative comments on the BB7's either on here or from my LBS. As far as the BB5's go, they seem better than the Deore Discs most companies were spec'ing last year.

Part of the fun of the online world. Derailment is half the fun. In reality, most of the time, any answer can be answered in 3 maybe 4 posts. Without some derailing this wouldn't be half as fun as it is
