SRAM compatability with Shimano
So the time has come to replace my sharky toothed cassette and the chain should go as well. I've heard many people swear by SRAM cassettes and chains and have been trying to weight the advantages of using SRAM parts with my Shimano ders and chain rings. My question is: is a SRAM cassette chain combo going to work as well as their Shimano counterparts in my drivetrain? Work better? Worse? Last longer or die young? Whats your opinion/experience on either side and why should I chose one over the other?
I'm not going to cheap out on these 2 parts, so that isn't really an issue here. Thanks for the info folks.
