Sockguy has some cool socks. Personally I wear the DeFeet socks because they're the easiest to find and performance always has them on sale.

hmm, they do custom socks too...

Sock guy charges too much. I get great deals on socks on eBay, and about anything that you can think of comes up eventually.

Or you could go down to your nearest X-mart and buy some from there. SO much cheaper becuase you're not buying a brand name and lets face it- who needs brand name socks? (No smart-a$$ answers to this please

point of getting performance socks (not performance the bike mailorder
) is that they are usually not made out of cotton. They wick sweat away from your feet, and allows you to go further and longer without blistering.
If one just rides around the neighborhood, and doesn't go on epics, I like the ankle socks from X-Mart, too myself

You know what... my feet havent blistered from cycling in xmart socks... But they have when I backpacked in the xmart socks over 16 miles in a day. I still have scars from those blisters from 5 years ago.
So, I like dry feet that much more now...
