my right break lever is loose, help

my right break lever is loose, help
I just cleaned my bike and put the wheels back on and everything and rode it to make sure everything was working and my right brake lever its self is loose and I can jiggle it alitte, and when I pull it back and let it go it doesn't snap back into place, can somebody tell me how to tighten it?
