fork suspension is completely stiff

So I have an 05 Kona Stuff. The suspension worked just fine until about a month ago. Out of no where it just got as stiff as a board. You can turn the adjuster thing on the top but still no difference. I also released all the air to see if that would make a difference but no. Im not sure if you're supposed to put some sort of oil in the forks or not. I haven't really serviced the forks since i got the bike. Maybe lubing the seals and the stanchion could free it up?

Please help.
