Can You IDENTIFY THIS MOUNTAIN BIKE FRAME???
Can anyone IDENTIFY the manufacture/year???
The front is ALUMINUM-- it is bonded to STEEL rear geometry. Yes, indeed.
(I've painted the steel portion with Hammerite paint.) The bottom bracket appears original, sealed.

Close but not quite. The Techniums didn't have the front tube aluminum and brazed. Rear steel down tube on mine. I'm still looking however, maybe there's a model I've missed.

I've studied these pictures and scoured the internet for all you.
I'm sure I'm able to identify this.
After long discussions and reasearch I'd definatly say this is a bicycle.
Most likely of the mountain or all terrain variety.

Okay fellas it's been SOLVED. It is a Raleigh MT500 from 1994, only one year of manufacture.
See details here:

Photos are online- originally painted quite, uh.... 80-90's goofy.
