I love the one I have, it is a 2005 Kona Shred, it does everything I need it to and probably will for several years.

You'll find out quickly that this whole forum has collective wood for Kona, with a few exceptions. Personally, I have no experience with the brand.

MMMMMMMMMMM........KONA.............ARAGARAHHAGARARARARRARGRGRHHHH.
Seriously, the bikes are killer. I have a 94 or something Koa. It is one of the lightest (yet strong) frames I've seen for the price. Not to mention it is a beauty.

Well this is just my opinion but i think the new colors for this year are really weird. For example the stuff jr is army green and the stuff is like a really light yellow. Gotta love that stab supreme though

It's a "I can handle big mother-frikkers" It's the beefiest of the beefiest basically. I don't know exactly what style, maybe XC? Anyways...it's one beefy bike...for sure. It's what I ride.

I'm not digging all of the new paint schemes this year, but I still love the bikes. Now my 02 Cinder Cone, that was a beautiful bike

Kona always has odd colours. 2002 was their best year imo. Take a look at the old multi-coloured stinkies....PUKE..
