Road or trail link between Preston and Rt 18

Does anyone know of a road or rideable trail that links up Upper Preston rd in Preston (near Issaquah) to Rt 18?
Otherwise it seems like you have to go all the way through Snoqualmie to get to the east side of Tiger Mtn.

Thanks.

You can legally ride a bike on I-90 east of exit 17 in Issaquah (Front St.). That's the only way I know of getting directly to highway 18 from upper Preston. I don't know of any restrictions to cycling on highway 18, but the stretch over Tiger Summit is a shoulderless thundering hell of high speed traffic that is not attractive for riding.
