Finally: The Northend Trail extension in Shohomish County opens

This was supposed to be completed at the same time last year but it finally has come. You can now ride out of downtown Snohomish to the Skagit county line. It's about a mile or two shy of Lake McMurray.

And finally the 67th project:

Cool! So this means the new bridge is open and the trail over the river is done up at the north end!

Grand opening is Nov. 3rd, but I'd bet it's good to go now "unofficially".

I rode it a couple weeks ago, before it 'officially' opened. It's real nice, pretty flat, and a horse path along side. It would be nice if the connector in Arlington was improved.

Sweet. I've ridden it to the bridge out of Bryant before and they were working on the rest. The crap through Arlington will be done in near future. See links above.
