I hope you are going to sneak off and smoke some cigarettes while the parents are out. You have way too much aerobic horsepower.

(that was sarcasm)

Denny's is now making a grilled cheese sandwich with mozzarella sticks in the middle and marinara sauce on the side. I need this.

Kind of a dry run of threads today in the 41.

Perhaps I'll stir it up tomorrow. Something to look forward to.

So, RD adjusted.

But, I saw my rear tire was flat when I pulled the bike out of its lair. Small cut in the middle of the tread. I must have hit some debris on my last ride and cause a slow leak.

That's two flats, two days in a row. Oh well, back to the LBS tomorrow for a tire.

My hands are finally "unpruning". First rain ride I've done for a while, forgot how nice it can be.

Ok bike fit wieners. My muscles just below my butt on the inside are sore. I just got a new saddle, a toupe, which is a change from the gel avatar. I like the feel of the toupe, it doesn't hurt me at all. But I wonder if there is an obvious fit issue that causes pain there. Or is it just me getting used to the harder saddle?

My wife just finished reading some book written from the perspective of the dog. The dog apparently tells the people to through the stick to make them feel better and it always works.

My dog apparently already new this.

That's where I hurt when I'm breaking in a new saddle. It's gotten better quickly for me after 2 or so rides.
