Long day at work. Flatted on the cross bike. I wondered why on my ride home my tail was sliding everywhere.

Pcad,

Have you considered not buying a red bike? A red bike is only slightly better than a white bike.

So for my tubular wheelset I'll be building up in the next month or so..

We're looking at 1529 grams and $200.

Not bad at all.

All true. If you go white tape, you have to go white saddle. And that's just dumb.

Woe is me. Who would think a silly shoulder muscle would have such an impact on cycling? But it does.

Combining my sense of hearing and peripheral vision I could mostly tell if there was a car coming up right behind me (when I needed to switch lanes) and that was about it.

Still, I didn't get run over, and lived to post again.

It could be a long year for RU football. Opening game v Norfolk St. (Div 1AA), currently 3-0 Rutgers with 1 min left in the 1st half. Sorry performance. Makes me wish there was no ESPN3

I have older black ones. Why are they DEAD to you? I was thinking about getting some new black ones with the compact drop.

I have a white saddle and tape.

What's worse than all of them are white shorts.
