I agree with the ice. While heat after 48hrs is considered the standard, it likely does not truly decrease spasm. Sustained (>5min) is a better muscle relaxer than heat unless the muscle is being heated by a modality like ultrasound, microwave etc. A hot pack will only heat tissues to a depth of 5mm. It sure feels good though.

Gentle stretching is the most effective treatment for muscle spasms, but the stretch needs to be sustained for >30sec.

Plus you have Harley-Davidson (for now), butter burgers, frozen custard, Sprecher's, and my personal favorite, Pabst Blue Ribbon. You also have some of the worst drivers on the planet.
