I can't imagine getting a reverse 911 call. Never good news.

Sort of like certified mail.

Hope all turns out OK for your partner, sbxx.

Who here is watching the SEC battle raging on ESPN, rather than a pointless NFL game?

Not sure why, my house is not currently being threatened by forest fires. We were almost flooded during the storm that caused a sinkhole to eat an Escalade, but we came out ok.

(It's not as pretty as CO, but to be honest, I like it here. Low cost of living, negligible traffic, the lake is awesome, there's a decent amount of stuff to do, people are nice and we live within 6 hours of 6 racetracks. Also, I like winter.)

Always treated well in Milwaukee. Back in the real ASA/AllPro/Artgo days, it was a blast out there.

How about posting the Garmin result? Always fun to try and find the time of the pop based on data.

I agree with the ice. While heat after 48hrs is considered the standard, it likely does not truly decrease spasm. Sustained (>5min) is a better muscle relaxer than heat unless the muscle is being heated by a modality like ultrasound, microwave etc. A hot pack will only heat tissues to a depth of 5mm. It sure feels good though.

Gentle stretching is the most effective treatment for muscle spasms, but the stretch needs to be sustained for >30sec.

Plus you have Harley-Davidson (for now), butter burgers, frozen custard, Sprecher's, and my personal favorite, Pabst Blue Ribbon. You also have some of the worst drivers on the planet.
