No, if you looked at the map you would see that it will be visible, but the moon is setting as it is in progress (tomorrow morning), so you can't see the complete thing.

Jen has creeps posting her on 4chan and calling her claiming to be santa. Kind of amusing. Just don't get hurt

The Santa one has to be someone I know in real life. Although he said that he and Mrs. Claus were going to pilates, so it might be coasting.

Not so much. He spoke slowly and sounded very jolly.

Ugh, I am trying to summon up the motivation to go down to the basement and ride the rollers. Maybe in 20 minutes....current excuse is that I have to wait for dinner to settle. I am sure I can use the next 20 minutes to come up with some more creative excuses...

I just picked up a couple of round chainrings to replace the Biopace ones. We'll see how different this is next trainer session.

One leg drills haven't changed a bit since the last time I did them a few years ago. They still SUCK!!!!

Warmed up on rollers then did the drills on the trainer.

Biopace? Didn't they go out with the 1980's? Although I know some folks are using rotor elliptical chainrings which are reminiscent of the biopace ones.

Yes Jen. I will go at 7:30 (EST), which is 1 hour after dinner. I don't want to hurl on our nice new basement floor.

I thought of going to the pool tonight, but I am on call and my cell phone (which doubles as a pager) is not water proof - hence the rollers.

Facebook has made me realize a grand problem with the world: the people who I believe should absolutely not be breeding are having kids left and right. We're all f***ed

But isn't the biopace thing pretty bogus? Or do you think there really is/was something to it?
