No.
I have however lived my entire life (minus the year in Stuttgart, which is pretty mild weather-wise) in the Northern Climate.
Don't tell anyone, but I love snow, and love living in a place with four distinct seasons.
VeloVol. As a Canadian, do you find a denim jacket to be sufficient for winter?
An ex-boyfriend is from London, Ontario and that's all he'd wear all winter. When it was extra cold out, he'd put on a hat because his shaved head got chilly.
He now lives in North Carolina so I don't know what he wears in winter now. Probably shorts and a tank top.

i think i might be able to ride on monday. someone asked me to ride on monday assuming the ice will be melted by then. sat and sun are both supposed to be quite warm about 5c but below freeing in the evening. i wonder if that is enough time to melt all the ice before it refreezes at night.

No. I'm not one of those crazy Canadians. It's time to break out the snowsuit when the temperature plummets below 50F.

The idea behind having the blade turned backwards, is when you don't have enough brute power to keep pulling through the snow, you just go at it a little bit at a time. You also significantly lessen your chance of getting stuck. Even with ags, tire chains, AWD, and locking diffs, this thing can still get stuck when the snow is up to the headlights.

I had (have?) an Abercrombie jean jacket from college. Maybe I should give it a comeback. I used to just wear it on the motorcycle.
