oh dear. oh dear oh dear oh dear! tondonitis takes ages to clear up and when you think it is clear and start exercising, it aggravates it delaying full recovery. i feel for you. i had hamstring tendon probs last year. took months with physio.

Are you using insulated booties or non-insulated?

Hey jen, where's that hatorade pic?

But seriously, it's so refreshing that we'll have two (2) new faces in the "championship game". I get so tired of seeing the same ol' teams up there year after frikkin' year . . . USC, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Florida, Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame, even Florida State. Even other top teams that are usually in the hunt you get tired of hearing about . . . Penn State, Texas, Tennessee, Michigan, Miami, LSU.

Auburn and Oregon have hardly even been on the radar until now. How nice is that!

high of 30deg today. My wife said to me "you aren't riding today, are you?" I told her I'd wait until 1pm when it warms up. Coasting, I'll give you my neoprene booty results this afternoon.

Go Nike! (I wonder what uniforms Oregon will wear for the championship game. I think they have worn 12 different uniforms this year)

I was pulling for South Carolina too!

I agree with you, but, I'm not happy with the Auburn deal. The sCam Newton situation has been handled badly and will set a bad precedent for the NCAA. I always root for the SEC team, but.... GO DUCKS!

first time trying them? today was my first time trying the booties and gloves. very pleased with the gloves so i shall shill them

https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/M...?ModelID=33886

only problem with the gloves today was that I rested my hand on the table at the cafe and put it right onto a freshly laid bird poo. oh well. it's meant to be good luck isn't it? i didn't get run over so i guess it worked.
