Haha, no. Arguing over the Internet is pointless. I'm done here. Enjoy walking on eggshells for the rest of your life wondering if you've offended somebody.

I don't have to wonder, as a functional adult I understand basic personal boundaries, especially when they're blindingly obvious...and illegal.

I'm sure that Sagan will learn them as well.

I wonder if he'll feel the same way, were it to be his sister being so humiliated. I mean, he just did not grab her ass, he did it in front of the whole wide world for crying out loud!

Everyone that does my job knows that, otherwise we'd all be stocking the fruit section at Whole Foods.

What I'm trying to say is, it's time for everyone to climb down from their politically correct high-horse and get back to talking about bikes. The guy is very young, it was done in fun, and he didn't mean anything by it. I think most guys did stupid crap like that in their early 20s. I know I did. Can't we just let it go and move on?
I think what is being pointed out to you is that what was meant by it is sexist. That's based on quite a history of similar acts carrying such a meaning. That interpretation carries a lot more water than your interpretation of what he meant by it.

Sagan's podium antic was immature and stupid. He has apologized and I hope he has learned from his mistake.

Now, let's all move on, shall we?

And keep the podium girls for god's sake. How are we going to know who won the race if they don't get kissed?
Like how are ya going to know what round it is in a fight without round card girls?....jeeez.

Never saw this before.

In light of this, his ass pinching on a world stage makes a lot of sense.
