Raleigh Lily or Cadent
I am looking to buy a bike as present for a 10-year-old daughter of a friend. It looks like 24" mtn/hybrid bike is what
will fit. By budget is under $200 so not wanting to ge for a walmart bike I've explored the used market but could not find anything worth their asking price. LBS process start around $300 but I have a corporate account login for Raleigh and it looks either of the two can be bought for $179:

Any comments on these bikes/ Are these better quality then the dept store ones (assuming the correct assembly adjustment which I should be able to help with). Given the color-choices, 1.75" tires and slightly more upright geometry I lean toward the Cadent. Without any suspension neither are trail-worthy but this is not the goal. We are talking about paven and crashed gravel bike paths...
