Now I need to go ride some hills so I can kill the De Ronde next weekend.
Anyone else committing to it? Im not gonna do it SSFG, but itll be fun and anyone whos gonna attempt it SSFG gets props.

haha yeah that was seriously a good time. i talked to zelah delicious and andrenickatina who showed up and probably a couple otheres (were you at). broken aerospoke was a bummer and i gotta say i can not believe hunter took the downhill race. i didnt know he was that fast. but walton killed the ghettodrome with out even trying. im pretty sure no one could stand a chance. next month is gonna be fun
ghettodrome- me giving up/getting served at the finish

that's interesting. chaz won that **** and he's not so into rollers at all, thinks racing on them is stupid! but roller racing and racing on a flat oval course are two entirely different things. it'd be interesing to see how walton vs. chaz would do on a sunday when chaz isn't all tired from a full week's courier work.

I just rolled through your fine city all day long, and i do have to say, excellent f-ing city! I am officially jealous. Traffic wise, it's everything i thought it would be. I'm sitting here outside at the Ash street - taven/pub/what ever it is called, it's nice to see that the biking community around here has a good presence at a few bars.
I randomly found myself all the way up on nob hill by accident and spent a good 2hrs riding around (albeit nice area) trying to find a low key local bar with no real luck, although the Ramshead on 23rd ave and hoyt had some tasty brew. Also unfortunently i wasn't on my own bike today, rented a ride from Waterfront Bikes, good price for a half day of enjoyment on a AU+carbon rig. Too bad I won't be here tonight for the pedalpaloza festivities or be able to check out the music/bar scene at night, because here (as you already know) are tons of pretty ladies
Regardless of not having my own bike (which is always best anyone would agree) i had a blast spinning through your city and really hope to move here in the future! Rock on all you Port-landers and congrats on a great city!
Peace!
