Who's out of bed? It's mighty nice out. I may take out the still-in-progress fancy wagon Stella is becoming. West River Drive?

I had to pick up toe straps for pat and I was a block away. Not spending my money so hurrah!
he's going to start selling alpha frames for like a 100ish he said. I may pick one up for a drunken beater bike since I just HAVE to try to skid every time I get inebriated.

the fact that my girlfriend (who knows NOTHING about bikes) went "wow, he is full of ****." Pretty much sums up the experience. The best part was when he trie to pawn off some crappy, mildly knobby/treaded tires on me. "Sure you'll eat **** while cornering sometimes, BUT LOOK AT THE PRICE!"
nah, I'll stick to my armadillos and y'know.. not eat **** going through traffic.
oh, and he brought up vic, too. I guess he has a mancrush or something.

I agree Jesse. Wicked awesome ride to work for me. AND tonight after work I'm taking Stella 2.0 out for a get-to-know-you ride and photoshoot. Max and Ryan were nice enough to get me some kick-ass pimpy cruiser bars, so I put them on with a new stem, fakey brown leather grips and a porteur style front basket. If y'all are riding tonight, let a brother know. And Dane, I'll look at MySpace to get some details on the Twin Peaks action, Stella and I will probably roll on over for that. Yay bikes!
For anyone out today, my bike is locked up in front of 1835 Market. Don't stare too long, the awesomeness may have permanant side effects.

No posting since 12:30? Unacceptable. So to fix this, I'll talk about tomorrow drinking. I may be out, I was talking to my buddy about night mountainbiking with the lights. But after mountainbiking I may go home and drink something. Maybe beer. Maybe vodka and tonic. Maybe rum and tonic (ooooooo exotic. Anyone ever drink this? Make you feel like a pirate.) Maybe just rum and ice. Delicious.
Also, the rescue bike is complete. I strapped a fork clamp on the back rack of my Schwinn cruiser. So it's like the fork clamp on a roof rack, but the rescued bike's forks get clamped in it and the rest of the bike trails behind, like the little kiddy half-bikes. The front wheel of the rescued bike can be strapped to your back with an inner tube. Patent pending.
