Watch out folks, I noticed a little ice on the sidewalk today when I was walking to the store. First ice I've seen, so be careful if you ride in the mornings.

Yeah we took those off on new builds because masi doubled up on them, there was a chainguard on the crankset then a plastic full run chainguard that we removed. These were on the Masi commuters. They should still be hanging around there.

i've got to check that out then - if it's the one i am thinking of then they look light and simple enough for my humble winter bike...

Bikes: TBL Onyx Pro(ss converted), Pake SS (starting to look kinda pimped)

So digging around in the basement I come across some old plastic fenders with no mounting hardware. One front fender, two rubber sink faucet O rings and a synthetic wine cork. O rings top and bottom of screw hole in fender, bang cork into hole on underside of fork, screw fender into cork, BOOYA fender for free!!!! Tail wind blew me in from the East, drivers being quite accommodating/self preserving as they tend to be in the crappy. Head wind home .... not so much fun but quite doable. All and all a good ride in. The CX tires were grip-tastic but still no snow to speak of so they remain in testing phase.

Bikes: Eight homemade, three very dusty

Okay ride this morning. Got completely soaked. And on that street with single lanes that goes up and down then up and down and is not cleared and was icy, I walked.

Talk to ashar in parts if you ever need anything. There's a very large disconnect between salespeople and what's actually in stock/for sale

I think I have the same ones, in glove version for the extra cold days. It wasn't that cold the other day though! I think they just made up that wind chill to placate the whiners.

Maybe with the gusts. Who knows, they were certainly warm though.

They don't, or didn't in the past. I had my stuff from bikeisland/biredirect shipped to a friend in buffalo.
