http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y11...y/GhXpBGed.jpg Weather forecast says 8 on Saturday with rain possible in evening. The last time I rode through heavy rain was on my way back from St. Catharines, I was literally soaked through so much I didn't care if I got any more wet. Epic ride - 120km. |
aww shiat... time to get a life. :(

Now Dees......Well some of my fondest drunken memories come from there. I know the whole staff as well as them sponsoring our team last season. |

So, what do you say we meet someplace at 12:00 (say, for coffee) and go for a bit of a ride and wind up at Sneaky Dee's? I'm teh suck at coming up with routes though, so if anyone else wants to handle that..? Obviously we can just ride "stream of conscience" as well and just go whereever. Which will probably mean downhill and with the wind. ;) |
Hey, who did I run into at Bikes on Wheels today? I totally forgot the name
|
Well... I was at bikes on wheels today, but I was the only one in the shop at the time save one of the guys who works there who came out from the back. If thats you then wicked!
And this cyclops frame will fit me well... its got a nice long seat tube but a shorter top tube. My Spicer has a longer top tube, but it is in fact too long and I have to use a short 80mm stem to make up for it. So the Cyclops with a proper 100-120mm stem will be just the ticket |

I could have been the guy that came out of the back though. There were only two of us working. I have a feeling that this is going to turn into another mess like 32flavours started, trying to figure out who everyone is. Let the destruction begin! |
let the toronto BF photo-gallery BEGIN!
|
Is it too much to ask for some sun? I'm digging this 11 degrees business, but really. |
I know, I'm greedy. It's supposed to be partly sunny on Saturday though. Let the games begin! Although I will probably suffering with my textbooks indoors.

I was the guy with the blue fixie who was looking for a 54cm used road frame for my girlfriend and I was told by whomever I was talking to that I should go see George at Parts Unknown to see a bianchi he had.
|
oh oh names to faces time...... should we have a secret finger symbol for BF? oooooh our own gangsta signs....what fun...hahahahahaha
|
Just go around asking people "Are you fixed? Wanna ride with me?"
|
yea toronto BF def. needs our own secret handshake.
like... when you shake a persons hand, stick out your index finger and tickle the other person's palm haha anyways here's a crappy teaser pic of my latest and greatest. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y14...o/e9a3df92.jpg |

I want your son's toque
|
sigh, the GT's just not going. its stuck and work and I have no time to ever get it going.
and the f-ing jamis. zomg ... the seller listed it as $50 dollars. So the customs people open up my frame and see that its basically brand new and has some carbon on it so they tag it as $1500. so then when it got to my door, UPS wanted to charge me frekking $250 for customs duties. so I told the UPS guy to screw himself and send it back to the seller. anyways, that should get back here again sometime in the next week or so. btw, its FINALLY MARCH BREAK! hurrah. |
