miss these intersections and love reading your posts guys, keep it up, even seen a few familiar names

Sounds like someone needs to move back (and change your name to YYX>LAZ>YYZ)

I think his name means YYZ greater than LAX.

Uh oh.. why don't you comment on the nice weather while you're at it?

pyze-guy 11-03-07 10:22 AM

Anyone going to MEC Sunday morning for the bike swap? I'm thinking of getting coffee before hand and then heading there for 10. Manic or Ideal suits me fine.

cavit8 11-03-07 04:27 PM

I might do this. I just got the notice yesterday though so I'm wondering how aware folks are and what may be there as a result.

They should come in within the next week or so. I forgot what the name of the camera was even though I was told about a billion times :(

duppy.conqueror 11-03-07 08:15 PM

I'm pretty sure I've posted things that people have said something along the lines of "oh dead god, I'll never get that image out of my mind". I now ask for you all to take that back and pass it on to Mike. I think that may have surpassed ******.cx, and I didn't even get through the first second of poop.

Also, I just got up, but I might be up for meeting for coffee and hitting the swap.. and then going for a little ride into the Don/etc.

update: meeting at Manic for coffee..

sweep242 11-04-07 07:28 AM

O M G!

cavit8 11-04-07 07:58 AM

I am at a total loss as why anyone would post something like that....

shapelike 11-04-07 08:34 AM

Search "2 girls 1 cup" on Youtube and watch video clips of other people watching the horror you've just experienced. It' almost makes it worth the trauma. That's how I came across this nightmare (it's apparently some sort of "phenom" w/ the kids).

operator 11-04-07 09:14 AM

Heh, that didn't even come close to chechclear or any of the nasheed/beheading videos ;)

zippered 11-04-07 09:37 AM

um, i like bikes.

i guess i'm a bit late for the meet-up, but maybe not for the swap...

hahaha...well played. I thought you and Wes were going to cross today.

cavit8 11-04-07 11:45 AM

Bike swap was good for me. Picked up a Bridgestone Picnica folder for $50. Ha ha! I race you!

Being able to shut small, the bicycle which you can play, with joke such as folding type bicycle and the small mini- cycle of the wheel which you can receive to the compact

Wes apparently shopped 'till he dropped yesterday and wasn't up for the drive/race this morning.

omg i want a little bitty bike too! i don't say "cute" often, but i think it applies in this case. there wasn't much left by the time i got there, but it was nice to get out. went the extra, extra, extra long way home.

first ride with my hot-off-the-presses 2008 Giro Monza... feels great (except the straps aren't adjusted perfectly yet) and i don't mind the change in colour scheme.

me waiting at a light: la la la
teenagers: transit sucks, i should get a bike
me: yes, you should
teenagers: well it seems like a good idea
me: exactly; it's faster and cheaper
teenagers: do i need a helmet?
me: well, it's a good idea
teenagers: is it legal to ride on any street?
me: (slightly surprised) well, if you're being safe...
teenagers: do i have to use those hand signals?
me: yeah, it's a good idea to communicate with the cars
teenagers: (laughing)
me: and if you ride a bike, you won't have to worry about going to the gym, and you can eat what you want
teenagers: you must be in good shape
me: oh yes
teenagers: that's it! you've inspired me; i'm going to get myself a bike!!
me: woohoo :)

operator 11-04-07 04:37 PM
