tj: at the spring show i found a pair of pearl izumi (i know, i know enough already tam) long fingered gloves for $20! between those and the ones i got at the friday the 13th i've been very happy; with gloves, any stitching that comes out i fix right away so they're still as good as new!

Sorry i didn't get the pic to you last night..had a bit of a brain fart. The hub is proprietary to the wheelset...so a new one might be cost/sourcing prohibitive. I would be very surprised if HED cant help you with the part. I have the camera here today so I will send you a pic of both the part and the wheelset/hub later tonite.

I'm going to be at the show early as well – at least, as early as I can wake up. I doubt I'd get there earlier than Keith et al., and none of you know what I look like (and vice versa), so I'll probably end up a lone ranger. If I can drag myself out of bed, I'll see a few of you at the race Sunday, though.

how badly are they torn? if the leather is thin enough, it might be possible to patch or something. i'm pretty handy with needle and thread, but unfortunately i don't have a sewing machine. bring 'em along if you want and i can take a looksee.

I could get a new hands sewn onto the gloves I think... I love the CF-ish plastic knuckle caps of these DH gloves. I require no padding... hmmm I'd love to see some Rapha TRack gloves going for 20bones..hahahaha

1.2mm spacers - chain dropped between the rings shifting back down.
0.6mm spacer - barely ticks on the pick-up tabs - WINNER!
If I ever come across 0.8mm I'd love to give that a try (Keith, wanna trade?) but otherwise I think the aluminum will wear down on the pick-up tabs and life will be fine.
