Yep, I picked up my guitar (Jackson PS-3) for the first time in months last night.. It was scary :/ But definitely want to pick it back up again..

Nice. On a related note my jam/rock space will be ready in a week or so. Just have to lay down some insulation...get the kit set back up and tuned and then it will be go time. We have a decent guitar, amp and bass at the house as well as various percussion/harmonica's etc. I am gonna pick up a mike for vocals as well. Who's up for a semi-regular session at my place?

K lads.... despite the outpouring, which is touching, it really is. I will NOT be racing this weekend. I can't enjoy riding something I can't afford to wreck. Again thank-you all. There will be other days.

The other band is still in their space. We only have the neighbors downstairs and I have chatted with them. As long as I don't come home drunk at 3 a.m. and start hammering..it's all good.

And Ksmooth, thanks for throwing a tonne of gear to sprints on Wed (not that I won any of it though). A timing system was being worked out for Nadir's sprints. so now not only do you have to ensure that you don't clip out while hammering, or watching out for oncoming bladers/cyclists, you have to ensure you don't hit the tripods in the dark.

I'm merely giving you an extra season to practice Wes.Next year is my 42nd year... my Life, The Universe and Everything TM Douglas Adams year, and I will be unstoppable. Again, thanks for the love lads, it REALLY MEANS ALOT, and I mean that, seriously it's touching. My anxiety around a loaner simply won't let me, I'm no Maverick writing cheques his body can't cash.

Unfortunately no.. but GoW just came out on PC. (Operator -- not sure if you need an XBL for Windows account to play coop). I've been looking at a 360 recently (guitar hero!
but can't justify shelling out the cash right now when the xbox is still going strong as my media centre.
Sounds awesome; I haven't picked up the 'lectric since my drummer friend sold his kit. Gotta scrape the rust off the fretboard and loosen up the fingers

Only because she's not a field researcher, otherwise you would have taken out for drink on The Guide's expense account.

So, I was thinking about aiming to be out at Centennial tomorrow at around 2:00 or 2:30. Whoever's interested shoot me a PM. If nobody wants to go the other option is to go for a ride in the Don in the morning. Unfortunately I have to run some errands so I don't think I can do both.
