Bikes: One of them home-made fixed gear road bike conversions.. with props to JB Weld and Red Loctite!
hmm.. i need to hit up parts unknown on monday as well.. looking for a vintage gran compe or dura ace ex caliper/lever set.
I've had pretty good luck at the CBN shop down on Queen, just west of Bathurst. They have a lot of used parts and the prices were very reasonable...I picked up some 105 downtube shifters in perfect shape for $5.

Nuit Blanche was fun, and we only managed to hit up the A zone to some degree, the kids and I. Out til almost three am. Is it me or was the quality of the art uuuum somewhat lacking .. maybe to accommodate the bigger masses? Some of the stuff was so inconveniently installed you had to line up around the block and wait almost an hour to pass through/by in a crush of people... hardly the way I like to absorb my art. With dragging kids around as well, if you can't engage them you lose them , and you just might lose them forever in terms of wanting to go out to these kinds of things. Zombies were a total let down, we saw a couple but no indication as to where they were to be or what time they were happening, no organization as to where to queue up of zombification. We left that area disappointed.
Stares at MTB fork..damn you why can't you be a lighter stiffy fork? CX boys, how many more local-ish citizen accepting races, as well, store wise, who's got the skinniest knobblies I might mount on an MTB for such funnery? Moved my seat forward substantially this morning, my back says YAY!

I was just thinking of stuff I could get to easily, I can most likely borrow wheels as well if I miss you guys.
Frak the fork thing...
Hey got a used PSP from daughter as early Xmas gift, how cool. Anyone got old games or memory sticks they'd be willing to get rid of, I'm shoppin' for used PSP items.
NICE KEITH on your two top tens...WOOT!!!

I won't tell you what my handicap is for ball golf. But no, disc golf. A beautiful day on the island with tomorrow looking good too.
And what's with squareheads in their lowrider cars with Canadian Tire tribal tattoo stickers on it that they think it's funny to head fake their cars at you? Seriously.

Holy ouch Wes - hope that ish gets cleaned up :|
Nice work on the top 10s K, way to kickass
My cog is fairly well stuck on my hub, took it to West Side Cycle yesterday and it wasn't budging. Stupid coldy/flu junk is always a pain in the ass, too. Darn season changes!
