Cowbells and beer are an integral part of Cross. I am not sure if Wes went any faster up that run-up...it was pretty brutal...but ya gotta support the team!

Pretty much anyone who races CX in the province will be there for that one. And I heard through the grapevine that Cycle Solutions will have really nice cowbells there for sale for very cheap (like a couple bucks)... AND there's a beer tent that the race course actually goes THROUGH. It should be good times.

I should bring bag pipes and pipe for Wes on the hardest hill there , or just wear my Kilt yelling and running behind him
