Unfortunately, it looks like my bike won't be making the trip with me (actually I might need to sell it for some cash to get me through some upcoming time of unemployment), so I will be in the market for a bike/frame. Any suggestions as to shops in the city? or should I secure a frame before hand? Checked out Toronto CL and didn't see much in the way of locals selling frames.

Don't bother with Toronto's CL, you get the usual 70's suicide stem shifter bike being sold for $100/$200. And then the $1000 fuji conversion.
