Oi. I went out for all you can eat korean bbq for lunch. I don't know if I'm going to make it through the afternoon. I'm entering a serious meat-induced coma right now.

Did my 5-6k sprint into the core for work at 1:00pm @ 32degrees...sweaty fun
My hand seems to be healing up pretty well, the pain at the tracks has just about abated.
Any room for June10 still?.... I still need to find those bleepin' shoes though, but I gots time I think.

nothing like the late lunch meat coma. whatever you don't have a beer with lunch, then you're finished!

korean bbq for lunch is awesome. last time me and my friends went to one in scarborough, we got kicked out because we were there for 3+ hours... and we were trying to stay for dinner.
also, I'm def. in for June 10th if there is still space. I posted it a bit ago, but it was never brought up again
also... theres this awesome korean place near bathurst station. (near honest ed's)
that is kinda below street level. and for $8 bucks you get to sit in front of this HUGE pan,
and the waitress comes up and dumps a bucket of marinated meat and cabbage into it.
She just lets it cook and stew for about 15 mintues.
its AMAZING!
especially in the winter.
and for an extra dollar, you can order sticky rice to throw onto the pan after you are done.
So you basically flatten the rice in the pan to make a rice pancake and let it soak up all the marinating sauce and stuff...
amazing stuff as well. and you feel quite satisfied afterwards. oh. and on the menu it says tips & tax included
good times.

My buddy will be driving down for the good times also. He will no doubt have space if needed. the only caveat is he will be heading back around 5ish for a show that night.

the only thing that could possibly be worse are the multitudes of indian buffet choices downtown. i've learned my lesson and it's light lunches for me from now on. buffets give me the uncontrollable urge to gorge. what's that they say about quality over quantity?

Cavernmech: You said you have room for you + 4, right?
I have room for me + 3 (without bikes). So as it stands right now, we'll likely have to take your friend up on the offer for more seats.
The plan is to meet up at cavern at 10:00am on Saturday June 10 so we can be on the road early enough to get to London with time to grab some lunch (and digest) before we start at the velodrome.

ps. to the nrrds in the house: I don't know why, but I wasn't enjoying playing oblivion at all and then I decided to give it a second chance and kind of ignore the quests and just go find some dungeons to explore, and now I'm having a lot of fun. Maybe once I level up my character a little I'll find the quests a little more pleasant, or something. One thing I don't know though is how I learn new spells. Do I have to join the mages guild or something? I have lots of scrolls, but I haven't learned anything new.
edit: duh. just looked on gamefaqs and found a list of spells and where to get them.
