no LCBO at the crossways; it moved out many moons ago. closest for me is either bloor west village or bloor and ossington.

Before taking off to the FAR eastside, I was paying $1050 for a mainfloor-of-a-house 2bdrm (parking, porch, laundry, hot H2O, hydro all included) over-looking the Lake.

TO is hard on a renter it's true! If anyone has a tip on 1200sf or so live/work studio hook me up, I can't find anything worth having for less than $1.50 a sf, and I only want to pay...less than that!
