Bikes: I have 2 of them,1 with fat tires & 1 with skinny tires & A Ninja 650

I liked the beer cap bar plugs idea & with the 50 stubby talk. My two afflictions mixed together beer & bikes. Red cap ale is sold in stubby’s.

_iv giddy yep for sure, nice.

It would be a fantastic bike with a 9-speed 105 groupo on it but yeah, you will enjoy it however you build it up.
I don't have any geared parts worth putting on this frame yet, but I'll be keeping an eye out for good deals. For now fixed is the easiest way.

As per an earlier post by me, I was fifth in line for a bike locker at City Hall. I just got a call saying they have one available. So if anyone is interested, make sure you apply.

If someone is actually using that for street riding (as it seems to be given the brake) they ought to be shot. QR rear? Wtf?

You bet! Wheel building clinic at bike chain this Thursday the 15th, 6-9pm. I'm building up a nice track wheel.

You don't need to bring anything, just stop by.

If I don't ever think I'll build my own wheel, will it still be useful for me?

No. I meant that while I will likely not build a wheel in my life, would I be able to learn basic ideas that would help me deal with the wheels that I normally use. i.e. useful tips to help to true a wheel, etc etc.

Will you provide us with the math equations to find spoke length?

It would be useful to be able to do at least basic road side repair (i.e spoke breaks or crash which owns your wheel) so you can ride home. Sirrobin can detail exactly what he's going to cover. I've since learned to carry a small spoke wrench with me on rides.

P.S I thought this was hilarious as hell: https://tinyurl.com/2ogfhu

I figured it would, but I wanted to make sure. Count me in! It would be nice to actually see some people that I only know of on here. Do we wear name tags that say iherald = Dave?
