Keith (or anyone), do you have a cost of a set of long-pull single pivot brakes? Cheap is fine, since they're going on a bike to ride to the grocery store with.

To deal with the terminology question: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicycle...bicycle_brakes
I seem to have what Wikipedia says are Single pivot side-pull calliper brakes. Can I use Dual-pivot side pulls?

Yes. Assuming the single pivots use recessed allen bolts and they are of the correct reach.

It does seem a little over the top for a 5$ ticket, but hey, you get your fun where you can, you know? I think Keith would like the jousting as well. I KNOW the crackheads would find it endlessly amusing.Knowing full well it'll be first come first serve at Cavern.
