I thought you were supposed to go biking in your "free time"
I guess if you want the funny look of cycling shoes, but don't want to commit to the funny walk then they're perfect! Kind of like secretly wearing lycra under your normal clothes. |
unnnghghngnn.. that's hot! ;)
as for riding, probably around 5:30 at the trailhead @ pottery rd? I'll update once it's confirmed. |

And the problem is finding 8 speed campy replacement parts as it's compatible with nothing. It's hard enough finding 8 speed campy cassettes for my lame-o rear wheel.

I just remembered an auction I am watching and I think it is the same one that iherald found on Canadian Cyclist: Bianchi
If that is it, he'll never get 1200$CDN for that on eBay; he will be lucky to get 600$CDN. edit: my bad, that one on eBay is not a Reparto Corse, forget I mentioned it. |

Chain Question: 1/8 or 3/32
Is one of these chain sizes considered the 'standard'? Is there a reason to use once over the other? Thanks |

Is one of these chain sizes considered the 'standard'? Is there a reason to use once over the other? Thanks 3/32 (skinnier one) is for geared bikes mtb/road. Depends what size cogs your running. my ring, cog & chain are 3/32 no problems so far, but i here bigger is better! |
so i stripped down the KHS i found yesterday and most of it is usable (even the XT derailleurs are in good shape) for a SS but it's missing a front wheel. anyone have an extra no-nonsense front MTB wheel they want a good home for? i have stuff to trade / minimal cash etc.
another question: i know there are issues with running V-brakes with drop bar levers; how can i get around that? |
