I did a nice ride today. When a ride is important, I generally head to Candelas. Don't know why, as it's an evil little hill. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psely6twbi.jpg I did my 4x10's, and I find they're a little easier to do when heading up a hill. coasting didn't usually head that way, but we rarely agreed on much. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psnh1nbywi.jpg Downhill. We did agree on that. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psqgz2fkps.jpg Then I voluntarily rode on the bike path. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps9asp6rv9.jpg The bridge built in honor of where gold was discovered in Colorado. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...pstzskbgtf.jpg The river downstream from Coors. That's that Rocky Mountain Spring Water they talk about. There's a duck in there. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psztovmnyn.jpg |
Train tracks, but no train.
http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psrvlcuevl.jpg Another bridge over another one of Colorado's huge rivers. This is called Little Dry Creek..... http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps2oox3qeg.jpg A waterfall on the same river. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psv2trtywu.jpg A church. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psinnrc9m9.jpg Those are all good and fine, but the pictures of mine coasting enjoyed the most. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps1c5ed18d.jpg http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...psa2b60792.jpg I'm a pretty firm believer in the thought that if you're out riding your bike, you're celebrating riders past, present and future. It's a plus when you make it home. rest easy, coasting. |
Your pups are gorgeous. Coasting had good taste in doggies.

Crazy. I just recently signed up and this is my first post.
I remember reading the thread about posting pics of your bikes next to water and some member was next to the water on an icy walkway with no fencing/barrier. Another member by the name of Coasting made some comment about slipping into the water and getting eaten by orcas... made me laugh. Then I saw this thread later that day. RIP Coasting. |
coasting and I shared the same viewpoint on climbing. :)

Doesn't the presence of the duck significantly affect the purity of the Rocky Mountain Spring Water?
