Tire feedback/recommendation
Hello,

I am looking for some recommendation on tires.
Lately I have been using Continental GP4000S 700x23mm.
I like a tire that is fast rolling, that feels plush and supple, and that is puncture resistant.

For the money which would you buy and recommend?

Continental GP4000S II
Vittoria Open Corsa CX
Clement LGG clincher in 120 tpi

Can somebody tell me what the effective width of a 23 mm tire will be on HED belgium rims versus a 25 mm tire?
