Man this sucks.
Month old bike. I am very worried about the fact that it chewed into the carbon.
Is my bike screwed?

Well I looked it up. It did have a dork disc before but it isn't on there anymore.

Flyin' under the radar
Which most owners remove because it's unnecessary assuming the derailleur limit screws have been set correctly. So if your dealer removed it, AND they didn't set the limit correctly, it seems they have some culpability in the matter.

It was on there and I didn't remove it. It must have fallen off when it happened?

Kit doesn't match
Unlikely that it came off, as it lives between the cassette and the spokes. Most of us remove them because they are ugly, but the limit screw has to be set properly to make sure the chain does not come off.
Hopefully your shop will step up, but in the worst case (and this doesn't look too bad, at least from here), carbon can be repaired.

Another possible cause is an improperly set up chain. A stiff link or the pin not put in properly where the chain was broken can cause the chain to jump off like this.

It is a Trek Emonda. How is Trek about replacing frames? I know they have a lifetime warranty but I doubt this falls under it.
This really sucks, 2k is a ton of money for me to spend on a bike.

Unless OP made adjustments himself on the derailleurs than the shop is at fault. On my bike its impossible to throw the chain off the rear cog because the limits are set correctly

Wow, look at that--glad you found it. Unfortunate that it didn't fulfill its mission. Good luck.

Dang hope the shops help you out as if they set it up correct the rear mech should nevet be able to touch the spokes but for maybe in a crash? Also in the second picture your rear mech appers to be on part on the rear mech hanger. If my eyes dont fool me i hope thats a replaceable one. As if the shop doesnt help you, and the mech hanger is carbon. I would look into carbon repair by a place like predator cycling. Will look on a computer when i get home hard to see on a tiny screen. Best of luck man

Yea I didn't touch anything, would have no idea what I am doing any way plus the shop offers a year free tune ups so if I was having issues I would have taken to them.
It is a reputable shop so I really hope they will help me out.

It looks like the top bar joins the bottom there via screw but it is only 1 screw and doesn't look replaceable. So I guess the frame is shot.
edit
Here is a closer look for you guys. Those 2 little screws come out to replace that piece ?
edit 2
I am pretty sure look at it it is chipped right off the frame and not replaceable.

You may be out of luck.
"Somebody stole my dorm disc as I dropped my chain" is a weak argument and even if you added it on after the crash the damage would not be possible.
Legally, you don't have a leg to blame someone else, unless you live in some country that allows frivolous law suits.

Yea I took off the wheel and it is thankfully.
What can I do about the frame scuffs? It doesn't look like they are too deep, mostly the clear coat.
