The weirdest moment from today's race; there were at least half a dozen photographers (real photographers, not folks with iPhones) at the barriers taking pictures.

It did not rain at our CX race today, but there were other hazards.

It's 6:00 PM here and we are up to 4 kids so far. :(

We went out to dinner with some friends and left a big bowl of candy at the front door with a sign that said "Take Two."
We came back to an empty bowl. Mrs datlas said "wow, we never had so many trick-or-treaters!!" I told her it was probably just a few greedy kids. :50: |
At least 25 kids so far. 8:00 pm.
Bailey wants me to tape rulers to his legs, so he can trick or treat as a normal dog. |
We're up to 12 kids (7:00 PM)

Anyway, November 1 here already. Start of the new randonneuring/Audax Australia season here and there is a ride today. Only 100km, and we covered much of the course a fortnight ago. It was mighty windy then, but it's a beautiful bright, sunny, calm day today. |
