What bar tape?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bikes: Canyon Ultimate CF SL

I don't know but I like it. It's got a nice patina, maybe it's real leather tape. The wrapping could be better tho. Camping here for an answer.

Bikes: Co-Motion Cappuccino Tandem,'88 Bob Jackson Touring, Co-Motion Cascadia Touring, Open U.P., Ritchie Titanium Breakaway, Frances Cycles SmallHaul cargo bike. Those are the permanent ones; others wander in and out of the stable occasionally as well.

I am interested in this and it is quite a bit less expensive: Leather Bar Tape ? Temple Cycles

here a little trick
i was restoring an old bike (uhm? 1969) , the saddle was in very bad condition but i won't buy a new one.
So i found an needlecraft shop and i buyed a synthetic leather at the price of 15euro (1m x 1,5m).
With this small amount of money i made a nearly perfect tape and i fully restored the old saddle.
(i saved a lot of money since a new saddle cost around 60$ and 30$+ the handlebar's tape).

Well , pros was the little price and the great aesthetic
cons was the durability , ofc this method is basically for restoring the aesthetic purpose not for a bike with a daily use.
Here the photos (sadly i don't have the high quality img on this pc)

What you guys think on my work?

Yes, it's Brooks. If you zoom in on the image you can see the mostly covered Brooks logo near the bar plug.

$67. Leave it to me to figure out something that is around $11 and find an alternative way to spend almost $70 on it. I give up at first world living.
