specialized evade size M or L ?

hi you wonderful people of this biking community.
i saw some great deals on some specialized evade helmets . ( which i was looking for for the past month )
its all online, so i can't test any helmet.
my head size is somewhere between 56 and 57 cms.
should i be buying the medium or the large?
