90% hoods 10% swatting flies (on climbs) After black fly season then virually 100% hoods.

70% hoods, 20% drops, 10% tops. I mostly go the tops one handed when grabbing a drink, and don't stay there too long. I recently bought a longer stem with a bit more rise and I'm much more comfortable in the drops than I was before.

85% drops, 10% tops, 5% hoods. I'm more comfortable in the drops, and feel I have more control. I only switch around because I'm 'supposed to' and I'm prone to wrist problems. I have a WSD and had it fitted bit it's still a stretch to be on the hoods.
