That looks Srammy to me, but the levers look carbon. Does Sram make carbon brifters? It's weird because they look like those tall levers for hydraulic discs, but there are clearly calipers on that bike. I almost suspect a last minute pre-race parts swap.

Yes, SRAM makes carbon brifters. Red, Force, and Rival at least are carbon.
