Sorry to hear.
Which and how many mm? |
My normal response would be that the farmers are happy. Don't know that that's true anymore. Even here in desert Yucatan, the crops are rotting in the fields. Villages are being swept away in Chiapas. And a new front is coming. Carry on.

I forgot to mention the funniest part of the crash. I get home, covered in mud (brand new jersey, to boot), and my wife says in her talking-to-a-toddler voice "did you fall down?" I laughed and could only reply "I fall down" in my own toddler voice.

Spoke with just a medical aid returning a call, 2, no MM call. You can touch and feel it off / something wrong with your hand alone so I'm going to guess a decent amount?
The CD is impossible to understand, but the images are really cool to look at. |

Yeah, I don't know what to do. Every day unsettled weather here in Houston. I hate getting wet and just can't force myself to take the chance.

Just kidding, cause lightning is no joke. I was out shooting some hoops yesterday for a minute when some dark clouds moved in. Soon as I heard the first clap of thunder BillyD said seeya! Off to the gym.

I was just over in C&V. The for sale section, normally 3 or 4 threads, is nearly a page long. Bike mechanics is rife with unread posts. Road cycling too. I visited all those places yesterday afternoon. |
Toward the end of this video it says you can improve skills merely by imagining doing them.
So am I getting faster sitting here thinking about riding fast? |

Precisualization is a very effective tool. In the case you allude to you might previsualize the pain of an all out effort. That could lead you to become more comfortable with the idea of suffering in the real situation.

You cannot feel a disc herniation with your hand. The disc herniates into the spinal canal or into the vertebral foramen or into the vertebral endplate. These terms are not important, but the important part is that the disc herniates into a bony compartment of your body so it cannot be felt by palpating your back. If you're feeling something, my guess would be a muscle spasm caused by the disc herniation. datlas would probably know. The extent of disc herniation can be measured on the MRI. Its an imaging thing not a physical exam thing. |

cheesecake is low calorie. It's weird though, as i've been eating a cheesecake instead of a sandwich for lunch. I have a lot of short term energy, but my kits have been shrinking a bit.
