Well then the numbers could be worse. If you're saying that the claim is worth more than $20,000, but policy limits are $20,000, that tends to imply that are substantial medical bills.
Any lien from a medical provider has to be resolved first, and how willing the medical provider is to compromise depends in part on how strong liability is. (So ironically if your case is strong on liability, you have less leverage over the medical lien provider. So the real wild card is how big are the medical bills, and what can the medical lien be settled for. |

I was once concertLester of an HS orchestra that won a national championship... but I don't really listen to classical any more. Maybe once or twice a year.
When I did it was Tchaikovsky or Brahms. I used to be able to play most of T's violin concerto, but now I can only remember the second movement (which is particularly good for evaluating instruments, otherwise I wouldn't remember it at all). |

Yes, but only when you get into metric century territory. You should be fine just doing a metric quad-dime.

I just did a metric half with an aluminum frame and cabron wheels. After reading these warnings, I'm thanking my lucky stars to have made it home safely. Or maybe I should just thank my (slightly warped) disc brakes for keeping the rubber side down with the residual moisture on the ground.

I don't have any cool SoCal pics or racing pics but these are from today's ride: one big anchor, one big anchor being photo-bombed, and a house that we call "P**** on the Prairie."

Wonder if the penis is off-grid. |

I see the censor has no problem p**** but I went back and starred it anyway. My Midwestern moralities didn't approve of seeing it in print. |

http://i.imgur.com/0SKfBRz.jpg I foster kittens for the local shelter. We take care of them until they are healthy and big enough to be spayed/neutered and put up for adoption. I am currently taking care of one mother and her five kittens (not the ones pictured.) I think we're probably in the triple digits now of number of cats that have gone through our apartment. |

+1 I try not to bash carbon out of respect to the Addictionites I respect. BUT, Robert always finds a way to overstate things that just sticks in my craw. So I MUST post a rebuttal.
Not for nothing, there are reasonable reasons it's considered plastic, not the least of which is that it is derived from carbon, the essential building blocks of plastic, and it's held together with a polymer, another essential ingredient of plastic. And if that's not enough, under certain conditions it will shatter much like many plastics do. To use your own words, the proof is in the properties. So is there any wonder that reasonably reasonable people see it as plastic? Come on now, work with me here. And please don't cause me to lose all respect for you by dragging the aerospace industry into it. That's a red herring if there ever was one, a desperate 41 tactic. Doesn't fly. :innocent: Sure, CF is great for building bikes as light as possible which proves very advantageous for racers and folks who get a thrill out of climbing hills. Personally I doubt that even CF would get me to enjoy hills. But my other personal problem with CF is that I just can't see myself having to be so constantly conscious of the condition of my frikkin bicycle. I know there will be denials, but the fact of the matter is MOST people can't be as carefree with CF as they can with a metal bike. All evidence points to the fact it isn't quite as durable . . . almost, but not quite. I just can't be bothered with that. But that's just me. Sorry, but I won't bother to argue further about it, just wanted to have my say and offer a rebuttal to what I saw as an attempted whitewash. The world is complex, few things come with no disadvantages at all. We can only choose what personally works best for us. :) |

Thanks so much for the tip! I already have several versions of Bach's great cello suites, but I'll purchase these as well and help your wife's friend out! If you're interested, a year ago last September, Yo Yo Ma played an historic concert at the Royal Albert Hall, London, in which he played all six suites in one concert. It was an amazing recital and it was broadcast all over the world by the BBC. Here is a link to the complete set as recorded by the BBC: |
Love that Propel. If only they made a sub-1k aluminum version...

Way back in the mists of time, we would listen to Metallica on occasion. One friend would always replace "master" with "Lester" while singing along.
Obey your Lester. Lester. Lester of Puppets is pulling the strings... |
