Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Totally agree, even just doing some random youtube stretch videos some mornings - way back when - made a difference. After my hamstring tear and calf tightness and hips I'm too old now not to.

I have a tight hip and a tight achilles from an accident. My go-to stretch is holding a deep squat for half a minute (like caveman around a fire), then putting hands in front on the floor and doing downward dog for another minute.

200k tomorrow, then a nice long hilly ride on Sunday. Playtime is over after that, and some sort of interval hell will be on the horizon in the near future.

The second was unwatchable. The whole set is on Netflix and only the first is worth anything.

Enameled on the outside, maybe. I want my food cooked on raw iron or mild steel. Seasoned regularly.

Very nice! Other than the fact that there's no fur involved, I mean.

It's really not the indignity; it's the harassment that came from Whooshie. For quite a long time.

Regardless, I'm really not as uptight as y'all think I am, or how I come off. Those teammates were also surprised I was game to dress like a hooligan like them. They were also shocked I was hitting the (also slime green) jello shots, as if I was obviously against drinking.

I was being funny. (Obviously not)

But actually I like 2nd column from right, bottom pic, the one with the most zoom. The zoom creates a little more drama, I think.

Of course, I had to look first and then realized wait... All those birds are. Then I laughed.
