If I was going to recommend a bike purchase to him, that wouldn't be it. I'd rather see him riding a bike that actually fits, instead of trying to make a hot bike be ride-able.

The mornings are quite calm light and variable and as the atmosphere starts heating up ,the winds can be pretty brutal blowing in off of the indian ocean. So with the afternoon high temps also comes the breezy conditions..

Just did my first ride with my Italian made Fulcrum Zeros. Just a quick 23 miler. Absolutely decimated 5 Personal Record Segments. Wasn't even mashing that hard m8.

If you knew his back story, you would know he lost a huge amount of weight. So lets cut him some slack about the hair. And it's not about being the fastest, there's always someone faster on a bike that costs a 1/10 of what you're riding.
