Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

A bit hard to understand why that pic was even posted.

Dog hair, I thought the same thing when I was scrolling through this thread yesterday, but I didn't want to bring this thread back alive.

Let me guess: You want to post in a thread like that, you just don't want to start it

Never really considered my legs much to look at. Too many scars from mtn biking. But people comment on my vastus medialis (muscle on the inside of the knee), which is a bit overdeveloped, and does cause some knee problems. As you can see, I've just come back from another weekends riding

Yeah, Felt like a bit of a dick posting a picture of my legs, but hey, it's all good for a laugh.

No alias here, I use the same Avatar at Weightweenies.com. Actually I was a member, but haven't posted in so long I forgot my Avatar so had to re-register.

Well, since KirkeIsWaiting opened the door for girlie posters:

Click on tiny image for larger image.

Please excuse the pose. I was really pleased with the purchase of these tights, so I had my husband take a picture of me wearing them. This is a pretty good indication of the general shape of my legs, however, sweater tights notwithstanding.
Biker-chick legs!

I had a week of stupid injuries. The bruise is from a crash on my mountain bike, then the cut (which was why I'd taken these pictures anyhow) was from somehow smashing my knee into the mounting clamp for my front LED which is mounted on to the top of the headtube on my road bike. Dog only knows how I do these things. At least I didn't wreck on account of that one
