Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thumbs up, LowCel.

That's about where I started, but I'll stick to the low 150's, which means I lost a quick 20 between seasons. Last year I got lazy in the eating department, but I'm all in this year. Mrs. LAJ won't let me go much lower.

I haven't seen those things. Nobody thinks I'm hip.

Due to the threat of severe weather at the worst times, I am sorry to announce that this weekend's planned mini-tour has been cancelled.

It's sunny and warm (over 50F), but the that wind. I don't know the wind speed, but I have to lean into it simply to stay upright.

What??? I'm rather surprised, you seemed like a man about town, knowledgeable and all. And it's not like that play was obscure, in the least.

I'd wager even #Gomer knew about it.
