Chinese skugirls is not that hot.. considering that it was the Japanese that invented the whole fetish with skugirl uniforms fetish.
back to the topic.. yes Dave, they do make some custom paint jobs. Some of the are indeed pretty cool in design. The part I like about Fetish is that although i got my frame from ebay... they were still willing to help me out with my questions about the frames.
so if ur building on a budget like what i was doing (since wify gave me 2K budget, but i opt to save the 1K for water softener instead) then, their frames on ebay is the best bang for the buck.
then again.. there is always bikedirect.com

even if this thread is about 7 month old, I have to add something...
coincidental I build up a fc sac frame with an easton aero fork, too.
even including the expensive shipping to europe it was much cheeper, than any comparable frame you can by in germany. unfortunatly its weight is a littlie bit high (nearly 1.800g in 59cm). but with the easton fork an some other carbon parts my complete bike is about 8.4kg. the frame ist stiff and has a strong lacquering. I am sure it is the only fc sac frame in europe

I with they would do something about the name and the ugly logos. It would help their marketing effort since it appears they have a high value product. If I bought one, I'd feel constrained to strip it and paint it and that would add noticeably to the cost. Im one of the few people that considers the frame a relatively unimportant part of the bicycle, given proper fit, of course. I'm always a good candidate for a high value frame.

i like my special frame because there is no "fetish cycles" writing on it.my last bike was a DeRosa. its lacquering was terrible quality. also not enough stiffness... costs: 1500,-$ so i think the 150$ (ebay) are more than justifiable for that kind of frame.

That's pretty weird to see Fluid Dynamics' post with nicer parts on my frame... I have the 57cm version of the SAC Aero, it cost $81 + $40 shipping on ebay. I put used Tiagra parts on it for a city bike. Here is the polar opposite of the german guy's Fetish.
The welds are a little big ugly, not bad, but it's not a sanded-down CAAD8 either. My only complaints with the frame are the weight (1900 grams bare), and the chainstays. I wish they had a slight inward dimple like my Specialized. If my feet were much longer my heel would strike the chainstays, already there is very little clearance at the heel with size 45 shoes.
But for $81 it is almost a disposeable frame, it costs less than some people spend on stems

I called Fetish about my wheels a while back. They answered all of my questions very easily(like they weren't thinking up an answer). The full carbon wheels are made in house, and not in Taiwan.

Another happy Fetish rider. I have a LAMIERINA for TT and Triathlons. Very stiff and fast. I just placed at the Mad Beach triathlon and I placed at St. Anthony's with the same bike this year. I am very happy with the bike. It's built up all Dura Ace, with Fetish all carbon wheels. The wheels are sweet! My Caad8 has a set of Mavic SL SSC's on it. I would rather ride with the fetish wheels when I race. The bike is FAR lighter than many of the new bikes I looked at this past weekend. Just looking for fun. Not looking to replace BTW.
These are the only knocks I have had with the bike:
1. The little doo dad in the back that holds the deraileur cable scratches my right shoe
2. The screw on the very bottom of the BB that holds the cable guide was steel. I sweat a lot. It rusted out in a few weeks. Easily fixed.
3. Water bottle screw holder stripped out. Probabaly my fault. Fixed in 10 minutes.
4. Be prepared. Every Yahoo on their Orbea, Litespeed, and Colnago look at me REALLY WEIRD when I blow by them. Yes their bike is fast. But so is mine. A roadie friend almost fell over when I told him I actually had won races with the bike.
It's not he label that makes you fast.....
