Wheel upgrade compatibility

I have a chance to upgrade the wheels on my Trek 1200 (Tiagra hubs come with it) to a Ultegra based Mavic Open Pro set. As far as I can tell these will be compatible with my current casette (SRAM and everything, right? Just wanted a sanity check since I'm still new at components.
