So I finally got the Conti GP 5K off the wheel. I think we both needed time apart. We both said things that were out of line, but can’t take back...
But I have opposable thumbs and tire levers! It’s like one of those finger locks that tightens the more force you put into it. Anyway, it’s now in the trash along with the Conti tube with a hole in it. I’m going back to Kenda tubes and Michelin Pro tires. Rolling resistance and any weight savings were never applicable to my slowpoke self, but I would’ve liked to have at least tried them given my success with GP 4K S2s (which I have on my 60.1 and am very happy with). C’est la vI.

Meh, they got a forum for that stuff. https://www.bikeforums.net/clydesdal...-200-lb-91-kg/
Tonights salad, bread, remainder of my wife’s chowder, 10 oz. filet, twice baked potatoes, Mac’ cheese, two deserts (shared four ways, an Old Fashioned and a bottle wine may push me over the top.

Woke up at 1, woke back up at 3, got out of bed at 3:45. Hopefully it's just stress from the last week at work and an hour of fake intervals over the fjords of Norway burned it off.
