DaAnima Bikes (Italian Carbon) Any Experience?
I am CONSIDERING a new bicycle as my current Habanero is 14 years old and has 80K miles on it. I am actually VERY happy with the bike, but it does not support wider tires/disc brakes etc. so I am thinking maybe it's time for a new bike.
The complication is my body cannot get properly fit on a stock frame, so I do best with custom geometry.
I met with a local "cycling studio" yesterday to discuss options, and one of their suggestions if I want a custom CF road bike is to go with DaAnima, they are an Italian company who will build custom geometry carbon frames at a reasonably competitive price, certainly cheaper than the ENVE which looks great but from what I can tell is not even really custom geometry but custom-lite.
Anyone have any experience with DeAnima?

I just came across this thread. Maybe you've already made your decision, but if not, I'll offer my input. I'd be surprised if you're not talking about the fit studio I used to work at — Befitting Bicycles. If that is the place, trust them. The DeAnimas I worked on and built up were always an absolute joy.

Parlee Cycles will also make custom geometry carbon frames. They are located in Massachusetts.

One of my local bike shops is a DeAnima dealer ( Bath Cycle and Ski) and I have a few friends riding them. They are really beautiful with stunning paint and my biddies seem thrilled.
